Program Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted below, cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee per person.

Teacher's Escape Weekend Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee per person.

Firefly Camp Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to two weeks prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee per person.

Tremont Writers Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to four weeks prior to the program start date will be refunded in full, minus a $350 processing fee per person.

Plein Air Smokies Quick Draw Competition Cancellation Policy
Registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
